Intro to Aerial

An introductory level class to get you airborne.  All the basics of trapeze, rope, silks and hoop will be covered over 8 weeks with a focus on fitness and fun.  Completion of this course enables you to attend any of our aerial levels classes.  Places are limited and available only on a block booking.

Aerial Strength and Length

A complimentary physical conditioning class to any of our aerial classes.  A packed hour of uncomplicated exercises using aerial equipment, and a flexibility component to improve your aerial technique.  No need to book, and no experience necessary.  Come along and give yourself the extra edge!

Other classes and additional bookings

Most of our classes can be booked privately at a time that suits you, for just you, or a group.  We offer corporate team building sessions, and birthday parties covering acro-balance, tight-wire walking, juggling and more, get in touch to discuss your individual needs.

Hoop Fit is a fitness class with a twist!  One hour of ab pumping cardio with specially weighted hula hoops.  Using simple techniques and easy to follow sequences, hoop fit tones, stretches and guarantees a laugh.  Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned pro’s will sweat as well, you’ll even come out with a party trick or two!  We can also bring this class to you, get in touch to discuss a Hoop Fit session at your venue, at a time that suits you.

Standing on your hands is not only incredibly cool, it’s also one of the most important foundation skills for all circus arts.  Benefits you can expect from being upside down include improved posture, strength and stability, circulation and energy.  We run occasional workshops for varying levels, keep an eye on our facebook page and events for upcoming sessions.

We are proud to host Tasmania’s only swinging trapeze classes.  Similar to flying trapeze, acrobatic tricks are performed on a weighted trapeze bar using the pendulum motion of the swing.  Classes are 1:1 and can be booked at a time that suits you.  Contact us for more information on how to get started.

Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, and Silks classes

Our aerial levels classes are for participants aged 16 and over who have completed our Intro to Aerial course.  You will learn further vocabulary on the aerial apparatus and each month take part in a fun creative exploration session where we encourage you to find your individual style as an aerial artist.  These classes are fun and supportive, a great way to meet people and improve your fitness.
